Mesenchymal Stem Cell (MSC)

Until now, there has been a lack of reliable, quantitative assays to measure mesenchymal stem cell functionality. The basic functions of adherence, colony formation in the CFU-F assay and phenotypic analysis unfortunately provide little quantitative information on MSC proliferation ability or potential. 

Preferred Cell Systems™ now offers quantitative MSC proliferation assays regardless of the plate reader available. Choose from complete, standardized bioluminescence assays to fluorescence and absorbance assays. Measure MSC growth and determine doubling time using real time assays.
